OUR APPARTEMENTS
AMMI Nice Massena is where hospitality meets freedom. Experience something different from classic hotels in a typical turn-of-the-century Nice building, with its grand central staircase (and a mid-floor elevator)! Our apartments, between the 2nd and 5th floors, are equipped with kitchenettes and high-quality bedding, and offer all the comforts and services of a hotel (reception open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week - at night, our teams are on hand 24 hours a day to answer your questions and come to you as needed).
Each type of apartment is designed to meet the needs of different traveler profiles.
Double Superior
(with Air Purifier)
A large 160cm bed so you can do the starfish all by yourself or so you don't bother your darling at night. Sleep on both ears and breathe through both nostrils to enjoy the benefits of the air purifier.
2-Room Suite
Is Dad snoring? Or maybe it's Rob from accounting? Choose our 2-room Suite where the living room is separated from the bedroom to respect everyone's privacy and tranquillity. Some flats are located in the annex building
Superior Single
A little more space, a bigger bed and desk, for a very reasonable price. View over the courtyard or Passage Émile Négrin.
Junior Suite
Choose the Junior Suite, with a sleeping area and a lounge/office area. Take advantage of its spaciousness, either on your own or for up to 4 people. With its full AMMI-style facilities and south-facing windows, you're guaranteed a light-filled stay.
Standard Double
Enjoy an optimised space for 2, or a bigger bed if you're solo. The wider shower is more comfortable for singing songs.
Standard Single
Our most economical offer ! An optimised space, but with all the facilities for a tourist or business stay, at an optimised price as well! View over the courtyard or Passage Émile Négrin.
Superior Double
(with Balcony)
Wave to passers-by from your balcony overlooking rue Masséna. And always a queen-size bed (160cm) so you can do the starfish all by yourself or so you don't bother your darling at night. Sleep on both ears and breathe through both nostrils to enjoy the benefits of the air purifier.
Junior Suite
with Balcony
South-facing balcony overlooking rue Masséna, a bright living room is guaranteed. Night space and a lounge/office area. Make the most of its spaciousness, alone or for up to 4 people, with its full AMMI-style facilities.

Choose the renovated Junior Suite on the top floor, with a sleeping area and a lounge/office area. Sunbathe alone or with up to 4 people on its private south-facing terrace.

Duplex Appartment
with Balcony
Settle into the living room with its sofa bed and access to a mountain-view balcony so you don't have to listen to Dad snoring upstairs in the pretty attic bedroom. No need to go all the way to the beach, you'll be like a fish in the sea in either 2 bathtubs in the flat.
2-room 85m²
Suite with Terrace
This flat with terrace is one of a kind in the hyper-centre of Nice. It has a large 40 m² living room with a sofa bed, an alcove with a double bed in the living room, a study area and 2 separate WCs. On one side is a balcony shared by the bedroom and the large kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge/freezer (with ice-cube dispenser). There's almost more than you'll find at home! On the other side, enjoy the sunshine on a 10m² south-facing terrace on the top floor !
