ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals are from 3PM with no time limit. From 8PM, we will place your keys in a secure box and send you the opening codes.
Departures are possible until 11AM.

Reception is open every day from 8AM to 8PM. If you arrive later, we will place your keys in a secure box and send you the opening codes. A member of staff is on premise 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

If you arrive before 3PM, either leave your luggage free of charge at reception or request an Early Check-In (subject to availability and with additional charge).
Would you like to enjoy your flat for longer ? Then request a Late Check-Out (subject to availability and with additional charge).

We can store your luggage free of charge from check-out until closing time. You can also leave it with us in the morning until your flat is available. We can also store your parcels if you wish to send a parcel before or during your stay.
APARTMENTS

For your convenience, your flat will be cleaned on request, at the latest the day before for the following day, between 9AM and 3.30 PM.

All our flats are non-smoking and have smoke detectors. Some apartments have balconies or terraces where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted through the classic windows.

All our apartments welcome you with Galimard brand products (a famous brand from Grasse, the perfume capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site that we encourage you to visit !), including shampoo and shower gel. Dental kits, shaving kits and feminine hygiene products are available on request at the reception.

All our flats have individual reversible air-conditioning which will heat or cool the air as you wish.

Cleaning on departure is included, we just ask you to leave the kitchen clean.

Better than that ! All our rooms are equipped with mini-fridges (colder than the minibars) for storing food products.
Drinks and snacks are available at the reception.

Yes, you can cook and eat there.
If you would like to order from UberEats, Deliveroo or others... that's allowed. Don't hesitate to ask our reception team for advice :)

No. But the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais.

Our rooms can accommodate from 1 to 6 persons. If you are a larger group or if these rooms are no longer available, we do not have connecting rooms but will do our utmost to place you as close as possible to the rest of your family or on the same floor.

All our double beds can be converted into 2 twin beds by prior arrangement with reception.

For your little ones, a baby kit is available on request from reception : cot, booster seat and bathtub.
This equipment is free for all customers who book directly with us.

RESERVATION

If you did not select breakfast at the time of booking, it is available at an additional cost: express, room service or buffet.

The elevator stops at half-floor level, so you'll need to go up/down 12 steps to reach your apartment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users.
Our staff are trained to welcome the visually and hearing impaired ; we also have special equipment : large-digit remote control, illuminated alarm clock, support bar in the bathrooms of some rooms. Contact reception in advance for more information.

Our friends the cats and the dogs (-10kg) are welcome for a supplement of 10€ per night. However, we will require a 150€ deposit as security, which will be refunded on departure after the inspection.
Within the establishment, please ensure that you keep your pet on a lead or in a carrier.
Under no circumstances may your pets be left unattended in your room.
If damage is caused by the actions of your pets, the hotel may charge for additional services and repairs.
We also rely on you to prevent your pets from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive towards other guests.
Pet bowls are available free of charge on request.

For your little ones, baby equipment is available from reception on request, including a booster seat, cot and bath.
The loan of equipment is free when booked directly with us.

The city tax is €1.07 per adult per day.

Yes, we only charge for the first night to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the booking is paid on site.
In the case of non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be debited directly on confirmation of the booking.
ACCESS

Our typical Nice building has a lift located halfway up the floor : you have to climb 12 steps to get there. Thus, our communal areas are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. This is why we do not have any PRM rooms.

By Tram 2 (direction Port Lympia) exit at Jean Médecin (30 min journey) then walk down Avenue Jean Médecin for 400 m (5 min walk), turn right at Zara Home.
There is a surcharge for purchases made at the airport terminal : a round-trip tram ticket costs €10 + €2 deposit for the rechargeable card, i.e. €12...
By downloading the Ligne d'Azur Tickets mobile application : load tickets at the standard fare (€1.70)
The round-trip journey will therefore cost you 2 x 1.70 = €3.4 per person (+€2 deposit for rechargeable card depending on your mobile device).
For Android users : the ticket can be loaded directly onto the phone (no deposit payment for the rechargeable card)
Gain: 12 - (2 x 1.70) = €8.6
For Appple users : the ticket can be loaded onto the card via the phone (€2 deposit for the reloadable card)
Gain: 12 - (2 x 1.70) - 2 = €6.6By shuttle/transfer :
Travel with our trusted drivers who will follow your flight and wait for you at the terminal with a name sign. You can book this service in advance at reception. You'll enjoy an idyllic journey to the hotel, along the Promenade des Anglais overlooking the Baie des Anges.By taxi :
Handy last-minute option, remember to check that you are not being charged for any extra options and to note the vehicle registration number.By electric bike :
Book easily via the Uber app (between €3 and €6 depending on your pedalling speed). There is a cycle path all along the Promenade des Anglais. -
Possibility of booking (in advance) : from €50; a private driver will be waiting for you in front of your terminal with a name sign.

We are in a pedestrianised street with no direct access by car. We have a partnership with Interparking Grimaldi, just a 5-minute walk away.

We do not have a private car park. Our partner car park Interparking Grimaldi at 11 rue Maccarani (5 min walk from the hotel).
24h = €26 instead of €32.20
How does it work?Enter the car park and take a standard ticket. Before collecting your car on the day of departure, go to reception to pick up your exit ticket.
For other cheaper car parks further away, please contact reception.

No. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street. We advise you to stop at the nearest to drop off your luggage or to park directly in our partner car park, Interparking Grimaldi.

You can use the services of the city's public transport company, Ligne d'Azur : the tram lines and some bus routes are powered by electricity.
For added flexibility, self-service electric bicycles are available throughout the city (via Lime and Pony apps). You can also access self-service electric scooters using the Yego app.
